Case ICA-2024-05: Enchantment lodged on behalf of Miko Marczyk Workforce in opposition to Choice No. 6 dated 4 Could 2024 of the Stewards of the Rally Islas Canarias 2024 counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC)
On 4 Could 2024, throughout the Rally Islas Canarias (Spain) counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship (ERC), the Stewards acquired a report from the FIA Technical Delegate about Automobile No. 6 (Crew: Miko Marczyk / Szymon Gospodarczyk). Choice of the Worldwide Courtroom of Enchantment
The Courtroom, after having heard the events and examined their submissions, determined to:
– uphold partially the enchantment;
– put aside the Choice No. 6 of the Stewards of the 2024 Rally Islas Canarias counting in direction of the 2024 FIA European Rally Championship;
– sanction the Mirko Marczyk Workforce with a positive of 10,000 Euros.
