The 2024 Cross Nation season is right here!
Saturday is a race day!
Many of the nation has had state meets (California is the newest, with November 30). Many younger cross-country
runners are making ready for the NIKE NXN and the forty fifth FootLocker, Offered by HOKA, Cross Nation Championships.
We’re taking some concepts from the nice Australian coach, Pat Clohessy, who coached Rob De Castella and Steve Moneghetti.
Cross nation is an actual key to growing as an awesome distance runner!
For many excessive schoolers competing in NXN and FootLocker, there are one other six weeks of coaching and racing forward.
In case you are not racing an NXN race, discover a good 5k-8k and give attention to the race!

5k XC race or 5k to 8k highway race, half-hour of average operating,
cool-down effectively,
Test your footwear and ensure that your coaching footwear
are prepared for 8-9 extra weeks of coaching. (Most footwear make it 12 weeks of coaching)
If not, go to a neighborhood operating retailer and discover one or two good coaching footwear.
