Guerrero informed the Blue Jays he wouldn’t be prepared to barter a contract extension after the beginning of spring coaching, and the 25-year-old insists he’s sticking to that deadline. With no settlement in place, Guerrero mentioned Tuesday that the Blue Jays are “going to need to compete with 29 different groups” to signal him subsequent winter.
