After narrowly lacking out on a win on the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Toyota recovered throughout qualifying for the 6 Hours of Sao Paulo. The Japanese producer achieved a good-looking one-two within the hyperpole session of the World Endurance Championship (WEC) race and thus will begin from the entrance row of the grid on Sunday with each vehicles. Kamui Kobayashi – who competes with Mike Conway and Nyck de Vries – was 0.122 seconds quicker than the Toyota with Sebastien Buemi (who can be in motion with Brendon Hartley and Ryo Hirakawa).
