Males’s 800 meters
Emmanuel Wanyonyi, KEN, the Olympic champion, received the 800m in 1:42.37. Bryce Hoppel was seventh in 1:43.78, and Josh Hoey was eighth in 1:44.25. As a consequence of not profitable the 800 meters, Josh is not going to race in Tokyo. He’s ending his season with the NYRR Fifth Avenue Mile.
Males’s 1500 meters
Niels Laros, NED, received the 1,500m in a quick 3:29.30 with Yared Nuguse dropping again to seventh in 3:30.84, and never shifting on to Tokyo attributable to Yared not profitable the 1,500m in Zurich. Yared Nuguse will finish his season working the NYRR Fifth Avenue Mile on September 7.
