Wade Langston, the daddy of an athlete competing at a monitor and discipline assembly on the College of Colorado Springs, died after being hit by a stray weight throw.
A spokesperson for the college stated a spectator “was killed when a hammer thrown by a participant cleared licensed obstacles and struck him”.
