The Braves are designating left-hander Martin Perez for task, as Walt Weiss informed reporters (together with Chad Bishop of the Atlanta Journal Structure). He’s being changed on the energetic roster by southpaw Dylan Dodd, who’s being recalled from Triple-A Gwinnett.
