FIA president hints at U-turn on ‘ridiculous’ F1 rule Max Verstappen hates

FIA president Mohamed Ben Sulayem has confirmed he’s contemplating making modifications to the foundations that see F1 drivers fined for swearing. The rule was introduced in in January after the FIA up to date its Worldwide Sporting Code.

“Following constructive suggestions from drivers throughout our seven FIA world championships, I’m contemplating bettering Appendix B,” Ben Sulayem wrote in an announcement on Instagram.

“As a former rally driver, I perceive the calls for they face higher than most. Appendix B is a key a part of the Worldwide Sporting Code and is central in serving to maintain the game accessible for all our sporting household.
