Kevon Looney has been recognized with a proximal tibiofibular ligament sprain in his left knee. Looney can be re-evaluated in 2-3 weeks and additional updates can be offered as applicable.
The harm occurred in the course of the New Orleans Pelicans’ preseason sport towards the South East Melbourne Phoenix on Oct. 5.
Looney signed a two-year, $16 million contract with the Pelicans in the course of the offseason.
