HARRISBURG, N.C. — Longtime ARCA Menards Collection West competitor Takuma Koga will transition to the ARCA Menards Collection East this season.
Koga, a local of Nagoya, Japan, will be a part of Quick Monitor Racing for a minimum of 9 races this season.
