The Twins introduced this morning that they’ve chosen the contract of left-hander Genesis Cabrera. Proper-hander Travis Adams was optioned to Triple-A to make room for Cabrera on the energetic roster, whereas Cabrera will take the 40-man roster spot of outfielder Alan Roden. Roden was positioned on the injured listing on account of a thumb sprain yesterday, and now has been transferred to the 60-day injured listing in a transfer that successfully ends his 2025 season.
