FIA name two guilty teams after incidents in pit lane during FP2

The stewards have given their verdict on the 2 incidents within the pit lane through the second free apply session of the Dutch Grand Prix. There was an incident between Lance Stroll and Alexander Albon, and there was an identical incident involving Guanyu Zhou and Daniel Ricciardo afterward Friday afternoon in Zandvoort. The FIA, as we regularly see, will ship a invoice to the responsible groups.
