Mercedes Formulation 1 CEO and group principal Toto Wolff has spoken about how his administration type modifications to encourage drivers, and the way he understands the strain of racing from his time behind the wheel.
Previous to becoming a member of Mercedes as CEO and group principal in 2013, the 54-year-old raced within the Austrian Formulation Ford Championship, the German Formulation Ford Sequence, the 1994 24 Hours Nurburgring, the FIA GT Championship and the Italian GT Championship.
